On Wednesday 28th June Nether Robertland School held their annual prize giving service in St Columba’s and it was nice to see the bubbly enthusiasm of both Pupils and Teachers and also our balconies filled with happy Parents,grandparents,Aunties and Uncles and Friends
It was great that St Columba’s could accommodate the whole School and all the Adults which made for a excellent atmosphere
LWe again hosted Lainshaw Primary school annual prize giving service on Wednesday 21st June.There was a great turnout of adults filling the balconies and enjoying the enthusiasm of the Pupils and teachers who were involved in the service.
Lainshaw School held their Annual Easter service In St Columba’s on Wednesday March 29Th with around 350 pupils and 70 adults enjoying this lively uplifting service enhanced by the environment within our spacious historical Church
The Boys Brigade Coffee Morning on Saturday 18th March raised £1350 and they would like to thank everyone for their continued support which is much appreciated.
There was a soup and sandwich lunch in St Columba’s Church Hall on Friday 31st March to thank all the volunteers who staffed our warm space initiative while it was running over the last few months.
Fellowship Team: Quiz night on Saturday 22nd October was another success with over 60 attending congrats to team for a great evening.
What a great night on Friday 19th August, thanks to Joe and Family for a thoroughly enjoyable evening with tea and coffee in the hall afterwards. All proceeds to Prostrate Cancer. The total raised was £2045. See gallery for photos
Annual Summer all ages Barbecue on Sunday 4th September was a great success thank you all for your donations a sum of £100 was raised
